There is a pull-out sofa sleeper in the family room downstairs for additional sleeping space. The home is in a residential neighborhood with neighbors nearby. Please respect everyone, and everything as if it were your own. As such, it is important to note our quiet hours of 10:00pm-8:00am and absolutely no parties are allowed. The garage and basement are reserved for personal use and will not be available for use during your stay.
