🏡🏡There is an additional short term rental at the property. The lower level outdoor space is NOT included with this rental; it is reserved for guests of the other rental. This includes the patio, couch and grill. To view the layout of the whole home, please view the listing photos or our host profile. 🚘Garage parking is available for 2 cars. If you are traveling in a larger SUV or truck, you will not be able to fit in the garage. Please park larger vehicles outside of the garage doors. 🍽️If you want any additional recommendations of activities, recreation, dining, etc. in the area, we have many local recommendations in our Welcome Book upon your arrival! Summer fun favorites include Wednesday's Live Music downtown at beach and Thursday's Water Ski Shows downtown at the beach. ❌This is a non-smoking residence which includes any kind of smoking (vaping, cigars, e-cigarettes, etc.). No smoking is allowed on the property including all outdoor space. House does have a Ring doorbell with camera facing out and outdoor facing cameras over the driveway and backyard. The home is in a residential neighborhood with neighbors nearby. Please respect everyone, and everything as if it were your own. As such, it is important to note our quiet hours of 10:00pm-8:00am and absolutely no parties are allowed.
