The home features a primary suite and a guest house, ensuring privacy and comfort. With the layout, you will hardly hear your other group as there is minimal shared wall space. From time to time, you will hear the train go through and blow the horn. If you want any additional recommendations of activities, recreation, dining, etc. in the area, we have many local recommendations in our Welcome Book upon your arrival! Summer fun favorites include Wednesday's Live Music downtown at beach and Thursday's Water Ski Shows downtown at the beach. There is no shared space or access between the primary and guest house. Each have completely separate entries. While the home does have stunning lake views, it does not have lake access. There are also train tracks that run along the lake with a train that blows its horn. White noise machines provided. The Pewaukee Lake House is a non-smoking residence which includes any kind of smoking (vaping, cigars, e-cigarettes, etc.). No smoking is allowed on the property including all outdoor space. House does have a Ring doorbell with camera facing out and outdoor facing cameras over the driveway and backyard. The home is in a residential neighborhood with neighbors nearby. Please respect everyone, and everything as if it were your own. As such, it is important to note our quiet hours of 10:00pm-8:00am and absolutely no parties are allowed. The basement is reserved for personal use and will not be available for use during your stay.
