If you want any additional recommendations of activities, recreation, dining, etc. in the area, we have many local recommendations in our Welcome Book upon your arrival! Summer fun favorites include Wednesday's Live Music downtown at beach and Thursday's Water Ski Shows downtown at the beach. There is no shared space or access between the primary and guest house. Each have completely separate entries. While the home does have stunning lake views, it does not have lake access. There are also train tracks that run along the lake with a train that blows its horn. White noise machines provided. The Pewaukee Lake House is a non-smoking residence which includes any kind of smoking (vaping, cigars, e-cigarettes, etc.). No smoking is allowed on the property including all outdoor space. House does have a Ring doorbell with camera facing out and outdoor facing cameras over the driveway and backyard. The home is in a residential neighborhood with neighbors nearby. Please respect everyone, and everything as if it were your own. As such, it is important to note our quiet hours of 10:00pm-8:00am and absolutely no parties are allowed. The basement is reserved for personal use and will not be available for use during your stay.

The place was perfect for our family getaway. The house/guest house separation was great and both were decorated well, clean and allowed us to feel right at home. Was an easy walk into town. Hope to stay again sometime in the future

Beautiful space, stunning views! Loved the separation of spaces while still all being together on the deck or back patio. It is a super quick walk to the beach and downtown. Jason responded to any and all questions within a few minutes and was more than helpful.

We had a great time staying at the Lake house. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants, the beach, and some shops. It was close to the freeway, for easy access to the city. Plenty of space for two families to stay. Jason was very responsive with anything we needed and was an excellent host. Thanks for sharing this property with us.

We had a good time at this place for a family wedding using the house as a gathering place between all the events that we had to attend. It was about 25-35 min drive to city and most things but Ubers were easy to catch. The lighting in the living room facing the lake was great with all of the big windows and we appreciated the fireplace and how clean everything was.

If I could give this house 10 stars I would. We had a big group here for a friends wedding and it was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms had heated floors. The view was amazing. The common areas were comfortable and so so pretty. The location was super convenient to the places we were going and for eating out. Couldn’t recommend enough!
